UbeeUTI

UbeeUTI is intended as a speech-to-text application for mobile phones and tablets to allow these devices to record spoken words in noisy locations and filter out the random noise via multiple-factor noise sampling and filtration while amplifying the words spoken before running the spoken words through a translation lexicon to place the most correct-sounding options as text messages on the user's screen.

This app is intended for people who have a hearing impairment, since hearing aids and cochlear implants can be overloaded by the random 'white noise' common in busy environs such as a crowded restaurant or a classroom. Functions for future expansion and development include adding in language translational lexicons and databases on syntax and dialect.
