Who is Maria?

Maria is a girl aged 65, she is widowed has children but lives alone, needs assistance with maintaining household tasks and English is not her second language. She has always been independent, strong and pragmatic about life. She does not relish ‘strangers’ coming to her home to help and never learnt to drive because her husband used to take her everywhere. She trusts and has formed relationships with the following ‘Intermediaries’ outside of her family and close friends.

Using 2016 Census data and a common sense approach to service delivery how do we assist Maria to stay in the home she raised her children in?
