There are many different factors affecting an individual's choice in living in a particular suburb. We attempted to create a tool summarising indicators of desirable suburbs to rent and live in within New South Wales. This was average AQI (air quality index), severe road injuries and casualties, rental costs, crime rate and energy costs per region. To unify the data under a common region, the Census definition of Statistical Areas 4 was used. These regions were ranked according to each factor and also given an overall rank.
