Walkabout

Our team has created an app to reconnect Canberra with the great walking experiences that exist in our nation's capital. We call it, Walkabout, an app to plan and generate walking routes around Canberra with stops at customisable locations including

• Public artwork around Canberra for tourist walking routes

• Playgrounds and public bathrooms for families

• Fitness equipment and Water Fountains to promote a healthy lifestyle

• Dog parks for doggos

• barbeques,public benches and tables for days out with friends and family

The user can then select their starting and end-points and the app will dynamically plot a route to include the selected points of interest, with an option for length for longer and shorter walks.
