Maintaining our Lifestyle while continuing to grow
The Logan and Redlands region encompasses the local government areas of Logan City and Redland City. Currently the combined population of the region is approximately 410,000, which is expected to grow by around 50% over the next 20 years.
In light of these extra people how can we make sure future residents enjoy all the necessary services and experiences that both communities currently enjoy?
This means sustainable development that continues to provide access to community facilities, education opportunities, great transport systems, employment opportunities, wildlife and open space, cultural experiences etc.
All the attributes our communities value the most.
